Specification Design of Disease-control Information Metadata Based on Data Association

通过"分析疾控行业各类数据集的特点来制定标识元数据、复用现有元数据标准组织技术元数据和使用数据关联关系的方式来表述元数据所体现出的业务逻辑关系"这三种方法,来建立包含核心元数据和关联关系元数据的疾控信息数据仓库元数据规范,由3个元数据子集构成。疾控信息元数据库的关联关系是整合疾病预防控制领域各类数据库的重要手段,也是现代关系型数据库的重要衍生,为构建疾控信息数据仓库提供了有效指引。

Use such three ways as “formulating marking metadata based on analyzing characteristics of datasets in disease control industry, arranging technical metadata by reusing the existing metadata standard and expressing business logic relationship reflected by metadata based on data association relationship” to establish metadata specification of disease control information data warehouse including core metadata and association relation metadata, which consists of 3 metadata subsets. The association relationship of disease control information metadatabase is a significant means to integrate all kinds of database in disease prevention and control and an important derivation of modern relation database, which provides effective guidance to the construction of disease control information database warehouse.
