Collaborative Management Using Service-oriented Architecture: A Framework Design for Medical Information Sharing Platform

医学数据共享平台是一个基于互联网的数据集成、信息共享和应用系统互操作的协同工作平台。通过平台提供的服务能实现应用系统、用户和业务流程之间的协同工作并共享资源。所以对平台架构的要求是能支持集成异构系统的应用、整合分布系统数据、提供基础公共服务、建立用户管理与查询信息机制。目前,协同软件技术作为一种开发工具与操作环境,能为共享平台架构的实现提供技术支撑。医学数据共享的协同是指对医学元数据管理与维护的协同、信息在各业务层被调用的协同、信息安全和隐私数据发布的协同,而基于服务的架构(Service-Oriented Architecture,SOA)正是协同软件应用共享的核心技术。从医学数据共享平台工作模式的六层结构入手,介绍了一种基于服务、基于协同的平台架构设计模式和将信息系统模块化为服务的Web服务概要设计方法。基于服务是独立于业务流程与应用系统的通用服务的灵活调用和重新组合,基于协同是用Web服务技术去实现SOA。使共享平台的服务具有可重用性、互操作性、易使用性和服务可被模块化地调用。最后,讨论了构建平台架构过程中需把握的三个基本概念。

The study design a framework driven by collaborative management for medical information sharing platform, which developed with service-oriented technology. The functional feature of platform is data integration, information sharing and application collaboration based on network, so a framework need to support heterogeneous applications, provide public services and set up security policies. Service-oriented architecture（SOA） is a design framework for construction of information system through combination of services .In this study we introduce an integrated platform to facilitate collaborative work and data sharing between professional applications and systems. Five parts is organized in this report. The first part discuss the functional requirements, objective, service, business process and tasks of a platform based on an process framework. From the view of applications, a platform should be service sharing and service recomposing as well as collaborative work. The second explains how the SOA can be used in developed collaborative framework, and how the web service technology makes the professional service reusable ,interoperable and accessible. A scheme and overall services design is proposed in the third and the forth parts, the concepts of the proposed framework has been discussed at last.
