摘要
通过分析、诊断医院门诊就诊流程存在的问题,运用业务流程改进技术和方法对就诊流程进行改造,以使其更加合理、科学,提高门诊效率,缩短患者非医疗等待时间,最终达到提升医院综合竞争力和病人就诊满意度的目标。
Through analyzing and diagnosing the problems existing in hospital's clinical visiting process, it modifies the visiting process by utilizing the improvement technology and method of business process, so as to make it more rationa) and scientific, enhance the clinical efficiency, shorten the non-medical waiting time for patient, and finally elevate the hospital' s comprehensive competition and patient visiting satisfaction.
