摘要
随着国家医药卫生体制改革的推进,提高医疗卫生运行效率、服务水平和质量,成为医院改革的目标。对于医院中"常排队、排长队"的现象,特别是针对医院门诊就医最后一个环节门诊药房窗口,尝试利用医院信息化的数据与排队论相结合,研究适合于医院门诊药房的排队模型,探索医院该环节的工作效率与流程问题。
With the progress of reform of Medical and Health System of our country, improving operation efficiency of medical treatment and service level and quality become the target of the hospital' s reform. For the phenomenon of “frequent queuing and long queuing”, especially the last step for outpatient service - outpatient pharmacy window, we are trying to combine informationized data of the hospital with queuing theory to investigate suitable queuing model of hospital outpatient pharmacy, and explore the working efficiency and process flow of our hospital in this link.
