摘要
越来越多的中国企业开始从事跨国并购活动,加强文化整合的研究与实践成为摆在中国企业面前的重要课题。以联想并购IBMPC业务部为例,其经营理念、管理决策、价值取向和人才观念几个方面联想与IBM的企业文化都存在很大差异,因此,基于中国文化和谐观的联想与IBM的整合思路,应遵循保留型→反并购型→融合创新型模式选择的轨迹,以及"以人为本、以和为贵、求同存异、循序渐进"的文化整合策略。
Increasing number of Chinese enterprises merge international businesses, and it is an important objective for Chinese companies to study cross-cultural integration. This paper demonstrates a case study of Lenovo's merging of personal computer department of the IBM, and proposes concepts of management, marketing, and values with a model of reservation→anti-merging→melting, whereby man-oriented harmony and tolerance are blended.
