摘要
企业新的经营环境孕育了网络组织的产生。对于这一介于科层制与市场之间的新兴组织,其管理必然有独特之处。因而,对网络组织中关键资源—人力资源的管理也具有一定的特殊性。本文在分析了网络组织人力资源管理的特点的基础上,分别从人力资本优势和人力过程优势两方面构建了一个关于网络组织人力资源管理的理论分析框架,从而为有效管理网络组织的人力资源提供了思路。
The new business environment has bred the network organizations. As for the emerging organizations between the bureaucracy and the market, the management with some unique characteristics is ccrtainly required. Therefore, certain particularity is also required in the management of human resource, which is the key resource of network organizations. By analyzing the characteristics of the human resource management of the network organizations, this paper tries to constructcr a theoretical framework for the analysis of human resource management of the network organizations from the two perspectives of human capital advantage and human process advantage, so as to provide ideas for the effective management of human resource in network organizations.
