摘要
某低硫钼多金属矿伴生铋、钨矿物品位较低,为综合回收这部分资源,在深入分析原矿性质的基础上通过试验确定了钼铋混浮-分离,混浮尾矿再选白钨的浮选流程。实验室小型闭路试验获得钼精矿钼品位52.42%,回收率95.11%;铋精矿铋品位15.16%,回收率53.06%;白钨精矿含WO330.5%,回收率36.60%的选别指标,研究结果为该矿山提高矿产资源综合利用率奠定了技术基础。
A polymetallic molybdenum ore with low sulfur content associated with low - grade bismuth and tungsten minerals. For making comprehensive recovery of the bismuth and tungsten resources ,by the in -depth analysis on the properties of the run -of - mine ore and the tests ,a flotation process of Mo - Bi bulk flotation separation and railings bulk flotation followed by scheelite flotation was determined. The small -scale closed circuit test was conducted ,and a molybdenum concentrate with Mo 52.42% and Mo recovery 95.11% ,a bismuth concentrate with Bi 15.16% and Bi recovery 53. 06%, and a seheelite concentrate with WO3 30.5% and WO3 recovery 36.60% were obtained. The result of research laid a technical foundation for the raising the comprehensive utilization ratio of mineral resources in the mine.
