摘要
对液压系统的运行状态与故障进行了分析,并进行了模拟建模,为液压系统的状态监测与故障诊断系统的研究提供了一套可反复再现运行过程数据的虚拟系统。通过数学建模、面向对象的分析,借助函数插值、非线性方程组求解等技术进行软件实现,并对该虚拟系统进行说明。
On the base of analysis on running condition and failure of hydraulic system, a model was built to simulate hydraulic system, and a virtual system which could reproduce the running data of hydraulic system repeatedly was developed, the virtual system could be used for the study on running state monitoring and failure diagnosis system of hydraulic system. In this paper, the techniques for the software development are discussed, such as mathematical modeling, object- oriented analysis, function interpolation, and solving the nonlinear equations, the virtual system is explained also.
