国外热带沙漠环境中石方爆破工程特征与实践解析

Characteristics and Practice of Rock Blasting Project in Tropical Desert Environment

阿曼苏丹国穆桑达姆半岛需要生产级配要求苛刻的规格石料,针对热带沙漠恶劣环境中的爆破工程特点及难点,通过采取一系列有利于生产级配块石和克服恶劣条件的技术方法及措施,取得了块石实际成品率34%～38%的良好爆破效果,为类似工程项目及国内爆破企业发展对外合作与交流提供了良好的借鉴经验。

The artificial island project in Musandam Peninsula, Sultanate of Oman needed dimension block stone with a demanding size - distribution. In light of the characteristics and difficulties of the blasting project in severe tropical desert environment,the good blasting result with 34% -38% real yield of finished block stone was achieved by a series of technique and measures favorable to producing gaded block stone and overcoming the adverse affects brought about by the severe tropical desert environment. It has provided good experience and lessons for similar projects and for domestic enterprises engaged with blasting to expand cooperation and exchanges with other countries.
