我国大宗性矿产资源安全分析与评价

Security Analysis and Evaluation of Major Mineral Resources in China

针对我国大宗性矿产资源日渐紧缺的局面,选取资源可采储量、资源储采比、资源自给率、资源进口份额、资源进口集中度等5个指标对我国大宗性矿产资源安全性进行综合分析,研究结果表明,我国大宗性矿产资源呈现可采储量不足,资源服务年限很短,资源自给率过低,资源进口份额过大,进口集中度过高等问题,大宗性矿产资源供应的安全问题十分严峻,注重大宗性矿产资源安全性,对于我国长远发展具有重要意义。

In view of the growing shortage of major mineral resources in China, this paper carries out a comprehensive analysis on the security of major mineral resources in China with five indicators such as resources recoverable reserves, reserve - production ratio of resources, self - sufficiency rate of resources, the share of imported resources and the import concentration ratio of resources. By the comprehensive security analysis, the following problems with major mineral resources in China are found： lack of recoverable reserves, a short length of service, too low self - sufficiency rate of resources, too large share of imports of resources, too high import concentration of mineral resources. The security situation of major mineral resources in China is very severe. Placing emphasis on the security of major mineral resources means a great deal to China＇s long - term development.
