Discussion on the Control of Construction Investment of Kungang Dahongshan Iron Mine Project

通过对项目投资费用在工程建设各阶段的可控因素、影响程度的分析研究,及对昆钢大红山铁矿工程建设投资的控制实践,指出了工程建设各阶段投资费用控制工作的重点。实践证明,采取对项目工艺技术的多方案比选论证、施工图优化、合理化建议、重大特殊措施方案的优化调整、施工过程控制管理、工程结算审查把关等一系列积极有效的控制措施,将投资、工期、质量目标控制在预定目标范围以内,最终快速、优质、低投入地实现了大红山400万t/a项目的建成投产。

Based on the analysis and study of the controllable factors of project investment and their influence degree in various construction stages of project, as well as the practice of investment control in the engineering construction of Kungang Dahongshan iron mine, this paper presents the emphasis to control investment in various construction stages of project. By adopting a series of active and effective control measures, such as the comparison and demonstration of many schemes, the optimization of construction drawing, rationalization proposals, the optimization and adjustment of major special measures, the controlling and management of construction process, as well as the examination of engineering settlement, etc. , the investment, construction time and quality of Kungang Dahongshan iron mine project all were controlled within the range of scheduled target, the completion and entering into production of Dahongshan project with 4 millions ton of ore each year a year has been realized with characteristics of speediness,high quality and low investment.
