防沉剂对铜-醇酸涂料导电性能的影响

摘要 重点研究了有机膨润土F881、增稠剂F-2、有机磷酸酯类F118这3种防沉降助剂对涂料导电性能的影响。研究结果表明,防沉剂F881加入后,涂层的表面电阻率为10-1Ω·cm-2数量级,保持了铜-醇酸导电涂料原有的导电水平,防沉剂适当用量(质量分数)为0.5%~2%。 This paper mainly studies the influence of the three anti-sedimentation agents on the conductivity of coatings, the anti-sedimentation agents of organic bentonite F881, thickener F-2 and organic phosphoric ester F118. It showed that with antisedimentation F881 added, the surface resistivity of film is 10^-1Ω.cm^2, remaining the original level of copper-alkyd conductive coatings; and the suitable amount of anti-sedimentation is 0.5%-2%.
