摘要
本文用模型实验方法研究了流态化式分配器输送煤粉的流动特性、分配均匀性,以及浓相输送。实验表明,在流化罐内采用机械搅拌方法,改善了分配均匀性,增加了煤粉输送量。本文还对分配器支管补气作用和料量控制方法作了介绍。
The transferring characteristics, uniformity of distribution, dense phase transportation andpneumatic trantportation of fluidized distributor for pulverized coal were studied by modelling.Results show that by the use of mechanical stirrer in distributor the evenness of distributionand the quantity of coal handled have been improved. The effect of the branches of distributorand the rate controlling device are also described.
