摘要
介绍了一种以ATtiny48为核心的数字电视机顶盒前控面板设计。MCU采用的是Atmel公司的ATtiny48,机顶盒主控制芯片采用的是意法半导体的STi71xx系列CPU。系统的软件部分运用C语言编程,在硬件设计的基础上完成了键盘模块、LED/VFD显示模块、IR接收译码模块、开关电源控制模块、MCU与CPU的通信模块、MCU自编程升级的设计。该系统实现了目前市场上数字电视机顶盒的基本外围功能,同时解决了普通低端机顶盒处于"假待机"模式时,机顶盒只是关闭音视频输出,而整机其他部分仍然处于工作状态,使得设备能耗过高的问题。
In this system, the ATtiny48 manufactured by Atmel corporation is used as the panel MCU, and the STi71xx produced by ST corporation is used as the core chip of the set-top box. The C language is adopted in software design, and based on the hardware design, several important modules are realized, including keyboard module, LED/VFD module, IR receiving and coding module, On/Off control module, communication module of MCU and CPU, and MCU self-programing upgrade design. The set top box's basic functions are implemented in this system. Meanwhile, the serious high consumption problems that the set top box can only turn off the audio&video output on standby mode, but the other parts still work on the normal mode is solved.
