Consistency of the Fugl-Meyer Assessment for Testing Motor Performance in Patients Following Stroke

目的:探讨Fugl-Meyer运动功能评价量表评价者之间一致性检验。方法:应用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评价量表,对10例发病15天至半年的中风患者进行评分,分析3名量表评价者之间的信度,采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行统计学处理。结果:3名评价者在入组当天、治疗14天、治疗28天时,对10例患者的Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表总分、上肢、下肢评分ICC值范围为0.9837～0.9989,均大于0.98。结论:Fugl-Meyer运动功能评价量表评价者之间一致性较好。

Objective：To test the consistency of the three raters when doing assessment by the Fugl - Meyer motor function scale. Methods：Assessing ten patients whose course of disease is between 15 days and 6 months, analyzed the reliability of the as- sessments among three raters when using the Fugl - Meyer motor function scale. Data was treated by SPSS13.0 statistical soft- ware. Results：ICC（ intraclass correlation coefficient） range is 0. 9837 -0. 9989 ,all of them were above 0. 98. the data response total Fugl - Meyer assessment score , Upper extremity and Lower extremity of ten patients assessed by three raters on the first day,fourteenth day, and twenty - eighth day. Conclusion： Consistency of the three raters was favorable when doing assessment by the Fugl - Meyer motor function scale.
