补肾生血汤治疗小儿缺铁性贫血疗效观察

The Clinical Observation on BuShenShengXueTang in Children with Iron Deficiency Anemia

目的:观察补肾生血汤治疗小儿缺铁性贫血的临床疗效。方法:用补肾生血汤治疗小儿缺铁性贫血66例,观察临床症状变化及红细胞、血红蛋白、平均红细胞血红蛋白量、血清铁、血清铁蛋白等指标的变化。结果:治疗后临床患者总有效率为93.94%,患儿红细胞、血红蛋白、平均红细胞血红蛋白量、及血清铁、血清铁蛋白等指标与治疗前相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:补肾生血汤是治疗缺铁性贫血的有效方剂,对提高整体疗效,特别是症状改善以及在减轻不良反应方面有实际应用价值。

Objective ： To study clinical effect of BuShenShengXuedTang in children with iron deficiency anemia （IDA）. Methods：Sixty- six children with IDA were treated by BuShenShengXuedTang,we observed the change of their clinical symptoms and laboratory data （ RBC. Hb. MCH. SI. SF）. Results ： The clinical total effective rate is 93.94%, the laboratory data （ RBC. Hb. MCH.SI.SF） after treatment are superior to the data before treatment（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： BuShenShengXueTang is a effective prescription for IDA,it can enhance the total therapeutic effect , especially it can also improve clinical symptoms of IDA and reduce adverse reaction of digestive canal produced by taking medicine.
