温脾通络开窍法治疗老年性痴呆的临床体会

Clinical Experience in Alzheimer′s Disease Treated by Spleen-warming Collaterals-activating and Orifices-openning Therapy

目的:探讨运用温脾通络开窍法治疗老年性痴呆的临床疗效。方法:选择在广西中医学院第一附属医院神经内科门诊及住院运用温脾通络开窍法治疗的40例老年性痴呆患者。结果:运用温脾通络开窍法对老年性痴呆的临床症状有减轻和控制作用,对患者的记忆、认知等功能有明显改善作用。结论:运用温脾通络开窍法治疗老年血管性痴呆的疗效肯定,值得进一步深入研究和推广。

Objective：To explore the clinical effects of Alzheimer＇s disease（AD） treated by spleen -warming, collaterals -activating and orifices - openning therapy. Methods：40 cases of AD were collected from Jan, 2007 to Dec, 2008 who treated by spleen - warming, collaterals - activating and orifices - openning therapy at out - patient ward of The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Traditional Chinese Medicine University Neurology Inpatient and Department. Results ： The therapy can alleviate and control the symptom of AD, meanwhile has significant effct on improvement of memorial and cognitive function. Conclusion ： It is indicated that AD treated by spleen- warming, collaterals- activating and orifices- openning therapy has accurative effect. It is worthy of further research and development.
