牛黄宁宫片联合小剂量博思清治疗女性分裂症的临床观察

A Clinical Observation of Niuhuang Ninggogn Pian Combined Low-dose Aripiprazole in the Treatment of Female Schizophrenia

目的:探索和评价牛黄宁宫片协同治疗女性分裂症的有效性及安全性。方法:选用牛黄宁宫片联合小剂量博思清与单用博思清常规用量随机对照治疗女性分裂症(中医辨证属癫证)患者各60例,采用PANSS、TESS评定疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗组显效73.3%,有效率86.7%,与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),副反应相比显著减轻有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:牛黄宁宫片协同治疗女性分裂症疗效确切,不良反应轻微。

Objective：To explore and evaluate the efficacy and security of treatment which combine Niuhuang Ninggogn pian with small dosis of aripiprazole to female schizophrenia. Methods ：Niuhuang Ninggogn plan combined with small dose and single - use of aripiprazole conventional dosage in the treatment of female schizophrenia（ ＂dianzheng 癫痫＂ TCM）. 120 cases of patients randomized control treatment ,the use of PANSS ,TESS assessed the efficacy and adverse reactions. Results ： In the treatment group ,73.3% markedly effective, and 86.7% efficient, compared with the control group there was no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）, but the side effects were significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Niuhuang Ninggogn pian spilled synergistic effect of the exact treatment of women, adverse reactions.
