对小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘分发作期和缓解期进行辨证论治,发作期有风寒少痰、风热少痰、风热引动肝气、肺络瘀阻4型,缓解期有肺脾气阴两虚和脾肾阳虚两型。同时体会到要早发现、早诊断,及早正确合理地治疗,以免发展为典型哮喘;在辨证的基础上加用全蝎、僵蚕、蝉蜕、地龙等虫类药可提高疗效;血瘀可贯穿于病程的始终,活血化瘀亦可提高疗效。
