摘要
目的:采用GC-MS对长嘴老鹳草中挥发性成分进行分析。方法:用挥发油提取器对长嘴老鹳草中的挥发油进行了提取和测定。采用30m×0.25mm弹性石英毛细管柱,FID检测器,结合GC-MS,对该药材的挥发油进行了分析。结果:长嘴老鹳草挥发油含量为0.0167%,并鉴定了14个化合物,占挥发油总量的93.33%;挥发油的主要成分以十四(烷)酸和叶绿醇为主,占挥发油总量的70.87%。结论:该实验方法稳定、可靠、操作合理,为系统开发、利用该药用植物资源打下了坚实的基础。
Objective:Use GC- MS to investigate the volatile components of Erodium stephanianum Willd. Methods:The volatile oil of Erodium stephanianum Willd. was extracted by essential oil extraction and determination. Use Flexible quartz eapiUary column of 30m × 0.25mm and FID dete -ctors and combined GC -MS to analysis the volatile oil. Results :The volatile oil content of Erodium stephanianum WiEld. is 0. 0167% ,and fourteen compounds were identified ,and they account for the total amount of volatile oil 93.33% . Tetradecanoic acid and phytol were found to be the major components of the essential oils. , they account for the volatile oil content of 70.87% . Conclusion:The experimental method stable, reliable and reasonable operation, for systems development and the medicinal use of resources to lay a solid foundation.
