针灸治疗不孕症的古代文献分析

Study on Ancient Data of Acupuncture for Female Infertility

目的:通过对针灸治疗不孕症的古代文献进行计量学分析,探讨古代针灸处方的规律,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:以《中华大典.医学分典.针灸推拿总部》为检索对象,从经脉、腧穴、刺灸方法3方面进行计量学分析。结果:检索到98条文献记录,涉及29个穴位,124穴次;提及刺灸方法的有45条。结论:任脉是针灸治疗不孕症最常选用的经脉;腧穴以中极、关元、然谷、水道、三阴交、子宫、阴廉、商丘、阴交、石门最为常用,腧穴的选取倾向于腹部和下肢穴位;刺灸方法以灸法为主,强调单纯针刺的疗效不及灸法。

Objective：Learn the tendency of acupuncture prescriptions for female infertility through conducting Bibliometries on ancient data to offer clinical advice. Methods ： Search ＂ Chinese collection of great classics＂ and make Bibliometries analysis on meridians, acupoints and needling and moxibnstion techniques. Results ：98 pieces of data were found,including 29 acupoints used 124 times and 45 pieces mentioned operating techniques. Conclusion：Ren meridian was paid most attention in the treatment of female infertility; points most used were Zhongji, Guangyuan, Rangu, Shuidao, Sanyinjiao, Zigong, Yinlian, Shangqiu, Yinjiao and Shimen and ones on abdomen and limbs were more liable to use; moxibustion played a most important role during cure and it was emphasized the efficacy of acupuncture lonely is unfavorable to moxibustion.
