城市小流域洪峰流量计算方法的研究

Research on the calculation method of flood-peak discharge in urban small watershed

目前我国尚无城市小流域的洪水计算规范,计算该地区的设计洪峰流量主要采用中国水利水电科学研究院水文研究所公式法、经验公式法和室外排水公式法。结合城市小流域的洪水特点,论述比较以上3种计算方法的异同之处、适用性和优缺点,并进行实例计算分析,最终提出各计算方法的适用条件和参数取值建议。

The design specification for flood-peak calculation of urban small watershed has not been set up in domestic area. The flood-peak calculation design usually employs rational formula from China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research, empirical formula, and out- door drainage formula. Based on the characteristics of urban small watershed, the similarities and differences, the applicability, the advantages, and the disadvantages of these kinds of calculation methods were discussed, the practical calculation examples were analyzed, and the capability and suggested parameters were put forward.
