摘要
以浸渍法制备用于常温常压微波催化氧化工艺的负载型Fe-O/CeO2催化剂并通过XRD和SEM手段进行表征;利用优化制备后的催化剂进行微波催化氧化垃圾渗滤液的研究。结果表明:Fe-O/CeO2催化剂中活性组分Fe以α-Fe2O3和CeFe2的形式存在。在渗滤液初始CODCr5 736mg/L、氨氮1 840 mg/L、色度500倍和pH 8.69的条件下,在Fe-O/CeO2投加量10 g/L、H2O2(30%)投加量22.5 mL/L、微波功率800 W、微波辐射时间10 min和水样初始浓度C水样/C原水为100%的最佳运行条件下,微波催化氧化工艺对CODCr、氨氮和色度的去除率分别为73%、78%和85%;在反应的第4~8 min和第2~8 min,CODCr和氨氮去除率分别与反应时间呈近似直线的关系。
Fe- O/CeO2 catalyst for the microwave catalytic oxidation process under normal temperature and atmospheric pressure was prepared by impregnation method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). This kind of catalyst was used in the study of microwave catalytic oxidation landfill leach treatment, and the results showed that: active Fe in Fe- O/CeOz existed with the form of α - Fe2O3 and CeFe2. The 73% CODer removal rate,78% NH3--N removal rate and 85% color removal rate could be achieved at the conditions of incipient CODCr 5 736 rag/L, NH3--N 1 840 mg/L,colority 500, pH 8. 69, Fe-O/CeO2 dosage 10 g/I., H202 dosage(30%) 22.5 mL/I., microwave power 800 W and initial water sample concentra- tion 100%. The CODer removal rate and NH3--N removal rate were in linear with the reaction time respectively during the time from 4 to 8 min and 2 to 8min.
