摘要
用改进的柠檬酸络合法制备了由稀土与过渡金属组成的复合氧化物La0.6CuxMn1-xO3。通过XRD考察了复合物的物相组成。结果表明,当x≤0.3时,可形成单相的钙钛矿结构;当x>0.3时,过量的Cu以CuO形式存在。通过它们对乙醇的催化反应考察了其催化活性。结果表明,该复合物能催化乙醇生成苯、乙酸乙酯等。当x=0.2、反应温度为400℃、乙醇流量为0.10mL/min时,复合氧化物的催化效果最好,乙醇转化率为35.56%,苯的选择性为13.05%。
A series of nanometer rare-earth complex oxides catalysts Lao.s Cu, Mn1-xO3 was prepared by improved citric acid complex method, The phases of these catalysts was characterized by XRD. The results indicated that the perovskit crystals were formed at x≤ 0.3, but perovskite and CuO phases coexisted at x 〉 O. 3. The catalytic activity to ethanol is closely related to the temperature of catalytic reaction and the velocity of ethanol. At the temperature of 400 ℃, x = 0.2, and the velocity of ethanol of 0.10mL/min, this La-Cu-Mn complex oxide had the best effect, the ethanol conversion was 35.56 %, the selectivity of benzene was 13.05 %.
