摘要
以TNT为模板分子,丙烯酰胺为功能单体,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联剂,乙腈为溶剂,用沉淀聚合法制备了TNT分子印迹微球。紫外吸收光谱证实TNT与丙烯酰胺之间存在相互作用;平衡吸附实验结果表明,制备的分子印迹聚合物微球对TNT分子有较好的特异性吸附能力,能够选择性识别TNT分子。
Molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) microspheres were prepared via precipitation polymerization with TNT as template, acrylamide as functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as crosslinker and acetonitrile as solvent. The interaction between the TNT molecule and the function monomer was determined by UV-visible adsorption spectrum. Equilibrium adsorption experiment was carried out to examine the binding ability of the MIP microsphere. The results showed that MIP microspheres prepared have specific binding affinity on template molecules and the ability to selectively recognize for TNT molecules.
