摘要
高等非学历教育是终身教育的重要实现途径,发达国家的高等非学历教育在社会认知程度、教育方式、教学质量保证等多方面对我国高等非学历教育的发展都具有积极的借鉴意义。
Non-academic credential higher education is an important approach to achieve lifelong education. This paper analyzes the social awareness, education model, and teaching quality assurance of non- academic credential higher education in developed countries.
