犬伤相关信息需求调查与分析

The information demand of patients wounded by dog

目的:了解犬伤患者对健康信息的需求现状,探讨有效的方法,开展健康教育。方法:抽取本院门诊犬伤患者200例、居民192位、医护人员186位和护生153位进行以下几方面调查:①犬伤知识认知状况;②健康信息需求;③信息获取途径;④目前获取信息满意度的调查和分析。结果:患者及医护人员自身的犬伤知识不足、健康信息的给予和需求之间的差异导致人们对目前犬伤信息需求满意度低。结论:普及狂犬病防、治知识至关重要,应引起全社会的高度关注。医护人员作为健康教育的实施者,要依据个体不同的特点,开展切实有效的犬伤教育,以满足健康信息的需求。

Objective： To investigate the information demands of the patients wounded by dog, and explore effective method to provide health education. Methods： Totally 200 patients wounded by dog, 192 residents, 186 medical staff and 153 nursing students were investigated about the following aspects：（1） knowledge about the dog injury, （2） health information needs, （3）the seeess to information, （4） satisfaction degree at present. Results： The lack of knowledge about dog injury within patients and medical staff and the diffexences between supply and demand were the main factors of low satisfaction degree. Conclusions： It is important to provide health education related to dog injury. Medical staff should pay attention to the individual differences while providing information to patients wounded by dog in order to satisfy their demands.
