护理员制度实施对患者满意度及陪护需求的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:比较研究护理员制度实施前后患者满意度及陪护需求的变化。方法:以问卷调查的形式分别研究2007年1~9月间(实施前)与2007年9月至2008年5月间(实施后)两个时间段住院的患者各100例,实施前组患者年龄在17~74岁,实施后组患者年龄在20~68岁。收集护理员制度实施前后各组满意度与陪护需求的指标,结果比较采用χ2检验,研究实施后患者满意度和陪护需求的变化。结果:实施护理员制度后,患者满意度有所提高(P<0.05),对陪护需求明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上实施护理员制度后,能够有效地提高患者的满意度,同时也降低了患者的陪护需求。 Objective: To compare the patients'satisfaction and requirement of company care before the utilization of the system of nurse assistant and after. Methods: A questionnaire was used to collect data. The totally 100 patients recruited from January to September 2007 were treated as the pre-intervention group while 100 patients recruited from September 2007 to May 2008 being as post-intervention group. The patients'age range of the first group was from 17 to 74 years old and that in the second group was from 20 to 68 years. The data of the patients' satisfaction and requirement of company care were collected. The method of x 2 test were used to compare the patients'satisfaction and requirement of company care between the two groups. Results: The use of the system of nurse assistant improved the patients' satisfaction (P 〈 0.01) and decreased the requirement of company care (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The utilization of the system of nurse assistant being based on the muting care might effectively improve the patient's satisfaction, and reduce the patient's requirement of company care.
