反思性学习对护理专科实习生专业自我概念的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:在护理专科生临床实习阶段,引入反思性学习方法,以促进和巩固护生的护理专业自我概念。方法:选取2006级3年制专科实习护生128名作为研究对象,按随机原则分成实验组和对照组各64名。对照组按普通带教方式实习,实验组在普通实习方式的基础上加进了反思性学习。观察5个月后,用Arthur的"护理专业自我概念量表"评定2组护生的护理专业自我概念,并对数据进行统计分析。结果:2组护生在领导、技能、灵活性、满意度方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在沟通方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:反思性学习能有效地促进和巩固护理专科实习生的护理专业自我概念。 Objective: To promote and consolidate the self-concept of junior college nursing students during the period of clinical practice through the reflective leaming. Methods: Totally 128 intern students were selected as the subjects, who came from the three-year junior college of 2006 grade. According to the principle of randomization, the subjects were divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group (64 students per group). The teaching method of general practice was applied in the control group, and the reflective learning added to the method of general practice was applied in the experimental group. The self-concept of nursing students in the two groups was assessed 5 months later with the self-designed "Self-Concept Nursing Inventory". Results: There were significant differences in leadership, skills, flexibility and satisfaction between the two groups (P〈0.05) while no significant difference in communication (P〉0.05). Conclusion: It is suggested that reflective learning could be effective in promoting and consolidating the self-concept of intern students of nursing.
