黑果枸杞果实多糖对小白鼠运动能力影响及量效研究 被引量:29

Study on the Effect of Lycium ruthenicum Murray Fruit Polysaccharide on the Athletic Ability of Mice and the Dose-effect

摘要 从黑果枸杞果实中提取多糖,研究黑果枸杞果实多糖的抗疲劳作用及其最佳用量,以昆明系小白鼠为实验受体,分高、中、低3个剂量组进行喂养,分别从小白鼠体重(Body Weights,BW)、游泳时间(Swimming Time,ST)、血清和肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(Blood/Liver Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)、血清和肝脏丙二醛(Blood/Liver MDA)、肝糖原和肌糖原(Blood/Liver Glycogen)、血清尿素氮(Blood Urea Nitrogen,BUN)、血乳酸(Blood Lactic Acid,BLA)等10个指标进行研究。结果表明:多糖浓度为10~50 mg/(kg·d)时能够明显增加小白鼠游泳时间(P<0.01),增加血清和肝匀浆SOD活性(P<0.01),降低血清和肝匀浆MDA含量(P<0.01),增加肝糖原和肌糖原含量(P<0.05),减少血清BUN和BLA含量(P<0.01,P<0.05)。 In this paper,the anti-fatigue effect and dose-effect of the polysaccharide extracted from the Lycium ruthenicum Murray fruits are analyzed.After dividing the mice into the normal-controlled group and three differentdosage groups for feeding with the polysaccharide,the anti-fatigue effect of the polysaccharide extracted from the Lycium ruthenicum Murray fruits is researched from 10 indexes of mice,i.e.the body weight(BW),swimming time(ST),blood and liver super-oxide dismutase(SOD),blood and liver MDA,blood and liver glycogen,blood urea nitrogen(BUN),and blood lactic acid(BLA).After the mice were fed with the polysaccharide for 25 days, a test of the weight-loaded swimming of the mice was carried out to observe the death time of the mice.Compared with the normal-controlled group,the most efficient polysaccharide concentration is 10~50 mg/(kg?d),and the weight-loaded mice fed with the polysaccharide can significandy prolong their swimming time(P〈0.01);the feeding with the polysaccharide could also remarkably restrict the enhance of blood lactic acid ratio in mice after swimming(P〈0.05),increase blood serum and liver SOD activity(P〈0.01),and reduce blood serum and liver MDA concentration(P〈0.01).Moreover,the contents of hepatic glycogen and urea glycogen are increased(P〈0.05),and blood serum BUN is decreased(P〈0.01).The results prove that Lycium ruthenicum Murray fruit polysaccharide can significandy resist fatigue and help the mice to recovery from the fatigue quickly.
