虽然新的《普通高等学校学生管理规定》实施几年了,但是由于许多高校的思想教育工作者和教学管理人员对其精神把握不足,从而引起了一系列法律纠纷。根据多年的学生管理经验探讨了高校学生管理规定与法律介入及伦理原则等方面的关系,分析了引起高校法律诉讼的各种不同诱因同时提出了解决方案和具体措施,对高校的学生管理有一定的借鉴作用。

Although the new edition of university student management methods has been implemented for several years, many educators and student managers in higher educational institutions are still lack of full grasping and understanding, which led to a series of legal disputes in university students management.
