摘要
目的:分析8个不同产地吴茱萸挥发油的化学成分,为其质量评价提供科学依据。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取吴茱萸挥发油,用GC毛细管柱进行分离,归一化法测定其相对含量,并用GC-MS法鉴定化学成分。结果:8个不同产地吴茱萸挥发油中共有成分有罗勒烯、3,7-二甲基-1,6-辛二烯-3-醇、[1S-(1α,2β,4β)]-1-乙烯基-1-甲基-2,4-二(1-甲基乙烯基)-环己烷、1α,4aα,8aα-1,2,3,4,4a,5,6,8a-八氢-7-甲基-4-亚甲基-1-(1-甲基乙基)-萘、2-亚甲基-6,8,8-三甲基-三环[5.2.2.0(1,6)]十一烷-3-醇、τ-muurolol、α-杜松烯醇和2-十五烷酮。结论:不同产地吴茱萸挥发油化合物组成有一定差异。
Objective: To analyze the chemical components of the essential oil of the evodiae fructus from various habitats and provide scientific basis for its quality control. Methods: The essential oil was extracted by water-steam distillation and separated by GC capillary column chromatography. The relative contents of chemical components were determined by normalization and were identified by GC-MS method. Results: Eight batches of evodiae fructus from various habitats were determined and showed 8 characteristic common compounds, namely ocimene, 3,7 -dimethyl-1,6-octadien-3 -ol, [ 1S-1 α, 2β,4β ) ] -1 -ethenyl-1 -methyl-2,4 -bis ( 1 -methylethenyl ) - cy- clohexane, 1α, 4aα, 8aα-1 , 2,3,4,4a, 5,6,8 a-octahydro-7-methyl-4-methylene-1 -( 1 -methylethyl ) - naphthalene, 2-methylene-6,8,8-trimethyl-tricyclo [ 5.2.2.0 ( 1 , 6 ) ] undecan-3-ol, τ-muurolol, α-cadinol, and 2-penta- decanone. Conclusion : There are some differences on the chemical components of the essential oil of the evodiae fructus from various habitats.
