HPLC测定消痔冲剂中黄芩苷及梓醇的含量

Determination of Baicalin and Catalpol in Xiaozhi Granule by HPLC

目的:建立消痔冲剂中黄芩苷及梓醇的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC测定黄芩苷、梓醇的含量。结果:本方法线性关系良好,黄芩苷的平均回收率为99.97%,RSD=1.18%(n=9);梓醇的平均回收率为100.17%,RSD=0.98%(n=9)。结论:此方法简便、准确,重现性好,能排除其他成分的干扰,可用于消痔冲剂的质量控制和评价。

Objective： To establish methods of content determination of baicalin and catalpol in Xiaozhi granule. Methods：Adopt HPLC method to determine the contents of baicalin and catapol in Xiaozhi granule. Results：The linearity were well. The average recovery of baicalin was 99.97%, RSD was 1.18% （n = 9 ） ; the average recovery of catapol was 100. 17%, RSD = 0. 98% （ n = 9 ）. Conclusion： These method are simple, accurate and reproducibile, they can be used for the quality control of Xiaozhi granule.
