草乌不同药用部位的急性毒性实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:评价草乌不同药用部位的急性毒性。方法:以草乌不同药用部位水煎醇提取液,经一次性灌胃予昆明种小鼠,并观察14d内小鼠的毒性反应及死亡情况。结果:生草乌LD50值为4.03g.kg-1,草乌叶LD50值为121.7g.kg-1,草乌花LD50值为125.3g.kg-1,草乌芽LD50值为136.2g.kg-1。结论:根据WHO急性毒性分级方法,初步认为生草乌煎煮后仍具有低毒,草乌芽、草乌花和草乌叶煎煮后均无明显毒性。 Objective: To evaluate acute toxicity of different Medicinal parts of kusnezoff monkshood root. Methods: Mice was feed on extract of water and alcohol for once to observe the toxicity effect and death situation of mice in fourteen days after giving different Medicinal parts of kusnezoff monkshood root. Results: LD50 of root of kusnezoff monkshood root was 4. 03g·kg^-1 , LD50 of leaf of kusnezoff monkshood root was 121.7g·kg^-1 , LD50 of flower of kusnezoff monkshood root. was 125. 3g·kg^-1 , LD50 of bud of kusnezoff monkshood root was 136. 2g·kg^-1. Conclusion: According to the grading methods of acute toxicity of WHO, it was initially thought that kusnezoff monkshood root had low-toxic after decoction, but its other parts were non-toxic after decoction.
