一次法根管充填治疗后磨牙牙髓炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect of single-appointment root canal treatment in patients with molar pulpitis

目的观察应用一次性根管治疗术中、术后的反应及远期疗效。方法将86例患者92颗急性或慢性牙髓炎的磨牙随机分为一次法组48颗患牙和多次法组44颗患牙。分别进行一次法根管治疗和多次法根管治疗。结果治疗后1周内轻度疼痛发生率一次法组较多次法组高(P<0.05),但全程疼痛发生率和疼痛的急症发生率两者差异无显著性(P>0.05)。3月和1年疗效两组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论根管治疗术一次法与多次法疗效同样可靠,适合在临床上推广与应用。

[ Objective ] To evaluate the intraoperative and postoperative response and curative effect of singlevisit root canal treatment. [Methods ] A total of 92 molar teeth with acute or chronic pulpitis were selected from 84 patients and they were divided randomly into the single-appointment group （48 teeth） and the multiple-appointment group （44 teeth）, respectively, root canal therapy was applied and accomplished in single or muhiple appointments. [ Results ] Comparing the incidence of mild pain during 1 week after the root canal filling, the rate of the single-appointment group was significantly higher than that of the muhiple-appoinment group （P 〈0.05）, however, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of pain during the treatment period, particularly, there was also no differences in the incidence of severe pain （P 〉0.05）. Following 3 months or 1 year after the root canal therapy, the curative effect were similar in the two groups （ P 〉0.05 ）. [ Conclusion] The single- appointment root canal treatment is reliable, which is worth applying in clinical practice.
