摘要
目的观察调合法消毒对超硬石膏模型的消毒效果。方法采用人工染菌试验法,在用教学用标准石膏模型为母模翻制的印模内涂菌,对实验组分别采用2%戊二醛、0.1%碘伏、10%84消毒液和对照组采用灭菌注射用水代替自来水按各自的水粉比例调拌超硬石膏粉后杀灭石膏模型上细菌的效果进行了实验观察。结果2%戊二醛和10%84消毒液可完全杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌,杀菌率为100.00%,0.1%碘伏对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率可达98.60%,对大肠杆菌的杀菌率可达95.19%,对白色念珠菌的杀菌率可达97.95%。结论2%戊二醛和10%84消毒液调拌超硬石膏粉可达到理想的消毒效果,0.1%碘伏达不到理想的消毒效果。
[ Objective ] The purpose of the study was to investigate the disinfecting effect of die stone powder mixed with disinfectant. [Methods] The artificial contamination testing method was used to coated bacteria in the impression which is reproduction of the mother mold of the teaching standard die stone model. The experimental group were using disinfectant (2% glutaraldehyde, 0.1% iodophor, 10% of the Bashi disinfectant) and the control group were using sterilization Injection of water instead of tap water in accordance with their respective proportion mixing die stone power and then observe the anti-bacterial effect. [Result] 2% glutaraldhyde and 10% of the Bashi disinfectant can completely kill staphylococcus aureus, E.coli and Candida albicans and sterilization rate amounts to 100.00%, sterilization rate that 0.1% iodine vanquishes to staphylococcus aureus amounts to 98.60%, to E.coli amounts to 95.19%, to Candida albicans amounts to 97.95%. [ Conclusion] 2% glutaraldehyde and 10% of the Bashi disinfectant mixing die stone powder can reach ideal disinfecting effect, 0.1% iodophor cannot reach ideal disinfecting effect.
