Ang-4在大肠癌中的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系

Expression of Ang-4 protein on colorectal adenocarcinoma and its clinipathological significance

目的通过分析大肠癌中Ang-4蛋白的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系,探讨Ang-4蛋白在大肠癌发生中的临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测45例大肠癌组织中Ang-4蛋白的表达,并用SPSS软件统计分析Ang-4蛋白表达与临床病理因素的关系。以20例正常肠黏膜作为对照组。结果Ang-4在大肠癌中的表达(75.6%)明显高于正常肠组织(20.0%)(P<0.001);Ang-4蛋白表达水平与肿瘤体积、浸润深度无关(P>0.05),与组织学类型、淋巴结转移、TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。结论Ang-4在大肠癌中的过度表达提示Ang-4对血管新生起重要作用,可能是评估大肠癌预后的指标。

[ Objective ] To investigate the correlation of Ang-4 protein expression on colorectal adenoeareinoma with its Clineopathological parameters. [Methods ] Immunohistochemistry technique was used to assess the expression levels Ang-4 protein in 45 cases of eoloreetal adenocareinoma and 20 eases of normal colon tissues respectively.Its Clinipathologieal relation was analysised by SPSS 10.0 for Windows software. [Results] The expression rate of Ang-4 protein in coloreetal adenoeareinoma was significantly higher than that in normal colon tissues （75.6% vs 20.0%,P〈0.001）. No correlations were found between the expression level of Ang-4 and the size ,invasion ability. The expression rate of Ang-4 protein was significantly eorrelated with the histological differentiation, lymph node metastasis and TNM staging. [ Conclusion ] The overexpression of Ang-4 protein may play an important role in angiogenesis of eoloreetal adenoeareinoma.It may be regarded as an index for prognosis in eoloreetal adenocarcinoma.
