摘要
利用马铃薯自花授粉后形成的花粉管通道,将外源DNA直接导入马铃薯,结果显示:在自花授粉后6~48h,采用滴注法是外源DNA导入马铃薯的最佳时期和方法。将含有高蛋白血缘的花生品种(白沙)DNA导入马铃薯品种(Hampton)中,可使其蛋白质含量提高1.1%。
This paper reports the results of experiments on transferring exogenous DNA into potato directly through the passage of potato pollen tube formed after self-pollination.The results indicated that the optimum period and method of transfer were 6~48h after self-pollination and method of droping syringe respectively. By introducting DNA from peanut variety(Baisha),the protein content of transferred potato(Hampton) progeny increased by 1.1%.
