Status,Problems and Countermeasures about Colleges and Universities Party Construction

改革开放30年来,我国高等教育取得巨大进步,高校党建提供了坚强保证,领导班子和干部队伍整体状况良好、基层组织的规范化制度化建设进一步加强,党员队伍素质不断提高,但是也存在一些不容忽视的问题。寻找解决问题的对策,就必须深入贯彻落实科学发展观,以改革创新精神全面加强和改进高校党建工作。

We have made great progress in higher education with the firm guarantee of colleges and universities party construction during the 30 years of reform and opening up. The overall situation of leadership and cadres is fine, the institution and standardization consiruction of grass-roots organizations have be strengthened further, and the quality of party members is improved continuously. But there are also some problems that can not be ignored. To find the solutions of these problems, we must further implement scientific outlook on development, strengthen and improve party construction work in colleges and universities by the means of reform and innovation.
