摘要
墨子认为,君子之道即天志,也就是相爱相利;而器的本质也是利于人。于是,道与器不仅不互相对立,反而互相通达。因此,君子不应该不器,而应当道器兼修。巧器以兴天下之利,除天下之害,就是行道义。
Mozi thought that the Dao of Junzi, the will of the God, was to love and profit others while the essence of Qi was to profit human beings. Then Dao and Qi not only didn' t conflict each other but also understood dearly each other. A Junzi should study not only Dao but also Qi. A man who made skillful Qi and profit others and got rid of harm to others was a man who realized Dao.
