摘要
以地方新建本科院校辅导员为研究对象,采取问卷调查与访谈的形式,以满意度来审视当前高校辅导员工作境况。分析、探讨辅导员的工作满意度,旨在建立更适合于辅导员的职业保障机制、培训发展机制,进一步完善和提高辅导员团队文化精神。
Selecting counselors of Hunan local Institutes as study targets, taking the form of Questionaire and interview, the current work situation of college counselors is examined by means of satisfaction degree. After exploring the counselors'job satisfaction degree, a more suitable security mechanism, development mechanism,is established and the construction of counselors team culture is further improved.
