It expounds the concept about overall protecting this historical and cultural block and the operational feasibility. Based on the historical and cultural value analysis of Xiaolouxiang block, we discuss its functional reorganization and the plan on reconfigurating the community networks, hoping to find those appropriate methods which are not only based on the reality, also in favor of cultural protection.
