姜黄中姜黄素的分离分析方法研究

Study on Separation and Analysis Methods of Curcumin in Curcuma longa L.

研究了C18和C30柱在不同流动相体系中对3种姜黄素的分离效果。结果表明,使用简单的流动相体系时,3种姜黄素在C18柱上不能很好的分离,但在C柱上可实现基线分离。

The separation effects of 3 kinds of eurcumin on C18 and C30 column in different mobile phase systems were studied. The results showed that when simple mobile phase system was used, 3 kinds of curcumin could not well separate on C18 column, but their baseline separation could be realized on C30 column.
