摘要
[目的]利用ITS核酸序列对6株根据形态学特征初步鉴定为青霉菌的海洋真菌进行鉴定。[方法]采用分子生物学技术,对6株样品的ITS序列进行克隆,并利用ClustalX1.83软件对结果进行系统发育分析。[结果]通过PCR克隆获得了6株样品的ITS序列,将结果与GenBank中已登陆的其他序列进行系统发育分析,确定了6株菌株均属于青霉菌属。[结论]该6株菌株均属于青霉菌属。
[ Objective ] The aim was to identify six marine penicillium species which were identified primarily based on morphological charac teristics by analyzing ITS nucleotidc sequence. [ Method ] The ITS regions of 6 species were cloned by molecule biology method and phylogenetic analyzed by using software ClustalX1.83. [ Result] The ITS regions of 6 species were sequenced, and phylogenctic analysis between the yield sequences and the ITS sequences assessed in GenBank showed that6 strains belonged to Penicillium. [Conclusion] 6 strains all belonged to Penicillium. Key words Marine penicillium; ITS sequence; Phylogenetic analysis
