硝基氯苯胁迫对小麦萌发的影响

摘要 [目的]研究不同浓度2,4-二硝基氯苯胁迫对不同品种小麦种子萌发和生理特性的影响。[方法]以皖麦52、西农979和邯6172为供试小麦品种,通过发芽和播种试验研究了2,4-二硝基氯苯对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。[结果]在同等浓度2,4-二硝基氯苯胁迫下,西农979的发芽率和出苗率最高,且其根系最发达。在同等浓度2,4-二硝基氯苯胁迫下,西农979和皖麦52的叶绿素含量都比邯6172高,说明这2种小麦的光合性能比邯6172强。在同等浓度2,4-二硝基氯苯胁迫下,西农979的脯氨酸含量最低。在同等浓度2,4-二硝基氯苯胁迫下,西农979中的MDA含量最低,邯6172的MDA含量最高,表明西农979对2,4-二硝基氯苯胁迫的抗性最强。[结论]2,4-二硝基氯苯明显抑制小麦的发芽和出苗,且西农979的抗逆性最强。 [ Objective ] The purpose was to study the influences of stress from 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene with different concn, on the seed germination and physiological characteristics of different wheat varieties. [ Method] With Wanmai 52, Xinong 979 and Han 6172 as tested wheat varieties, the influences of 2, 4-dinitrochlorobenzene on the seed germination and seedling growth of wheat were studied through germination and sowing experiments. [ Result ] Under the stress from 2, 4-dinitrochlorobenzene with same conen., the germination rate and emergence rate of Xinong 979 were highest and its roots were most developed. Under the stress from 2, 4-dinitrochlorobenzene with same concn. , the chlorophyll contents in both Xinong 979 and Wanmai 52 were higher than that in Han 6172, indicating that their photosynthetic capacity was stronger than that of Han 6172. Under the stress from 2, 4-dinitrochlorobenzene with same concn. , the proline content in Xinong 979 was lowest. Un- der the stress from 2, 4-dinitrochlorobenzene with same concn., the MDA content in Xinong 979 was lowest and that in Han 6172 was highest, showing that the stress resistance of Xinong 979 to 2, 4-dinitrochlorobenzene stress was strongest. [ Conclusion ] The germination and emergence of wheat were inhibited obviously by 2, 4-dinitrochlorobenzene and the stress resistance of Xinong 979 was strongest.
