摘要 [目的]研究黄芩地上部分的挥发油的化学成分。[方法]用水蒸气蒸馏得到挥发油,运用GC-MS技术,结合计算机检索对具体化学成分进行了分析和鉴定。用峰面积归一法计算了各个组分的相对含量。[结果]分离鉴定了其中37个化合物,占挥发油总量的85.03%。[结论]黄芩挥发油中含量在3%以上的组分有:烯丙醇(5.53%)、苯乙酮(4.62%)、石竹烯(18.90%)、α-律草烯(3.99%)、香叶烯D(19.44%)、γ-榄香烯(6.23%)、1-乙烯基-1-甲基-2-(1-甲基乙烯基)-4-(1-甲基亚乙基)-环己烷(3.98%)。 [ Objective ] The paper aimed to study the chemical constituents of the essential oil from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. [ Method ] The essential oil was obtained from steam distillation. Chemical components were separated and identified by GC-MS. The relative content of each component was determined by peak area normalization. [Result] Thirty-seven volatile compounds were isolated and identified, accounting for 85.03% of the total oil. [ Conclusion] The main compounds essential oil with contents over 3% (V/V) were as follows: Amyl vinyl carhinol(5.53% ) ; Acetophenone (4.62%) ; Caryophyllene ( 18.9% ) ; α-Caryophyllene (3.99%) ; Germacrene D ( 19.44% ) ; γ-Elemene (6.23%) ; 7a-dimethyl- 4-( 1 -methylethenyl) - 1,4-Methano-1H-indene, octahydro-1 (3.98%).
