摘要
[目的]通过TDM模型研究田间斜纹夜蛾成虫当代饲毒后,对子代种群的毒力。[方法]在田间以3种浓度斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒感染斜纹夜蛾成虫,分析病毒对斜纹夜蛾幼虫致死的浓度效应和时间效应。[结果]结果表明,子1代斜纹夜蛾从孵化开始,第5天日死亡率最高,且随着病毒浓度的升高,LT50值减小,在稀释浓度为200倍时,LT50值为8.9928,在稀释浓度为50倍时,LT50值为6.4256。[结论]病毒虫瘟1号对斜纹夜蛾成虫当代饲毒后,对子代也有明显的控制效果。
[ Objective ] This research aimed to study the virulence of virus on progeny using time-dosage-mortality model after Spbtoptera litura Fabrieius adults were fed with virus. [ Method] Adults S. litura Fabricius were infected with 3 concentrations virus in the field. And the mortal concentration effects and time effects for S. litura Fabricius larva of virus were analyzed. [ Result ] The results showed that, F1 progeny of S. litura Fabricius had highest mortality in the fifth day" after hatched. When the virus concentration increased, the value of LT50 decreased. While the virus was diluted 200 times, the value of LTso was 8. 992 8, while the virus was diluted 50 times, the value ofLT50 was 6. 425 6. [ Conclusion ] Virus Chongwen No. 1 had obvious control effects on the progeny of S. litura Fabricius after the adults were fed with this kind of virus.
