信息技术条件下科研单位开展农技推广的实践与创新——以北京市农林科学院为例

Practice and Innovation of Agricultural Extension by Research Institute with Information Technology

在深入分析科研单位参与农业技术推广的优势与劣势的基础上,从推广内容的整合建设、推广手段的集成创新和推广队伍的组织管理等方面,对北京市农林科学院应用现代信息技术构建信息化农技推广体系的实践进行了全面总结,并以此为依据,提出了科研单位发挥自身优势,克服体制障碍,面向"三农"开展持续、深入的农技推广工作的对策建议。

Based on the in-depth analysis of advantages and disadvantages of research institutes participating on agricultural extension, the exploration and practice of application information technology on agricultural extension by Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences from three respects including content construction, method innovation and team management were reviewed. And with it as basises, some suggestions for research institutes to play sustained and deep role in agricultural extension were put forward.
