“金枫”猪母系与其它品种母猪繁殖性状比较分析

JINFENG SOW'S REPRODUCTION TRAITS BY COMPARISON TO OTHER SOWS'

“金枫”猪是由枫泾猪、长白猪、皮特兰猪杂交而成的商品瘦肉型猪。“金枫”猪母系初产10．68头／胎，经产12．40头／胎，平均初生重1．202kg／头。泌乳性能强，21日龄窝重63．04kg，35日龄离奶头数10．68头，窝重86．62kg。发情明显，阴户红肿、阴道分泌物二个生理反应症状100％个体明显表现。一次配种受胎率86．49％。断奶后发情正常，6d之内发情配种的占82．22％。临产前4h就能挤出线状奶水，每产一头仔猪的间隔为7．66min。总体指标优于“长枫”、“长上”母猪。示范证明“金枫”猪既具有枫泾猪母性好、产仔率高的优点，又具有皮特兰猪瘦肉率高、生长速度快的优点。胴体瘦肉率达60％以上，无PSE肉发生，肉质良好，值得推广。

Jinfeng (J)pig is a commercial meat type pig bred by cross of Fengjing (F),Landrace (L)and Pietrain(P). The litter sizes of primiporous and multiparous Jingfeng sows were 10. 68 and 12. 40 head, respectively. The average piglet weight at birth was 1. 202 kg.The J sows' lactescence was fine. The litter size and litter weight at 35 days age of weaning were 10. 68 head and 86. 62 kg,respectively. The J sows showed estrous signs apparently.The rate of pregnancy for first breeding was 86. 49%. They showed estrous signs normally after weaning. There were 82. 22% sows showing estrous signs within 6 days after weaning.The J sows had very good characteristics such as good maternity, high prolificacy,high lean rate and fast growth. Their carcass lean rate exceeded 60%. Their meat quality was fine and no PSE meat was found. It's concluded that the Jinfeng pig is worthy to be extended.
