无土栽培甜瓜果实发育生理与品质分析 被引量:25

摘要 结果表明,三个甜瓜品种均适于无土栽培。与土壤栽培方式相比,生育期缩短,果实营养物质的积累加快,甜度、Vc含量、甜味和鲜味氨基酸含量增加。果实发育前期葡萄糖、果糖等还原糖是主要糖,成熟果实中以蔗糖为主。蔗糖酶与蔗糖积累呈负相关,磷酸化酶与蔗糖积累呈正相关。 The results of our experiment indicate that the three melon varieties used in the experiment are all fit for soilless culture. In comparison with soil--cultured melon, the growth period of melon cultured with soilless method becomes shorter,the accumulation of nutritive substances gets faster,the sweetness,Vc content and sweet and delicate amino acids contents are all raised. Glucose and fructose are the main sugars in the previous period of fruit development,and sucrose is the main sugar in mature fruits. The activity of invertase is negatively correlated with sucrose content and the correlation between phosphorylase activity and sucrose content is positive.
